How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Framed pieces may take a bit longer since they’re often made to order. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer local pickup in St. Louis?
Yes! Local pickup is available from our studio in St. Louis, but hours can be limited. You can select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when it’s ready.
Where can I shop your work in person?
You can find Fieldmark prints and goods at local markets and shops throughout Missouri, as well as seasonal events. We share updates on upcoming shows on our Markets and Events page and new releases on Instagram @fieldmarkprintco.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is printed or framed to order, returns aren’t accepted unless there’s an issue with your order. If something’s wrong, please reach out, we’re happy to help. Our full refund policy here.
Are your frames handmade?
Yes, every frame is handmade in our St. Louis studio from solid walnut or maple. We mill, sand, and finish each one ourselves to highlight the natural character of the wood.
What’s the difference between a print and a special edition print?
Special edition prints are created using traditional printmaking techniques such as lithography, intaglio, block printing, or screen printing. These are limited edition and once sold out, won't come back.
Our regular prints are high-quality giclée prints of original drawings and illustrations. They are not editioned and can be restocked as needed.
All prints are designed and produced in the Fieldmark studio in St. Louis.
Can I include a gift note with my order?
Yes! You can include a personalized gift note with any order. Just add your message in the “Order notes” box at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it on a small card before shipping. We don’t offer full gift wrapping, but all Fieldmark orders are packaged with care.
