Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Some items (like handmade prints) may take a little longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll let you know by email.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship from St. Louis, Missouri. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

International Shipping

At this time, Fieldmark ships primarily within the United States. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us at jssdnvn@gmail.com before placing an order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination. Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (if available from the carrier).

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your items are damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, email jssdnvn@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
